Genuine Pearls
Often called the diamonds of the sea, pearls are our favorite gemstones to work with because of their intrinsic connection to the waters we love. We adore their mesmerizing luster, and their natural diversity. To highlight this exceptional beauty, our jewelry features many different varieties and colors of pearls.

Round Pearls
Elegant and timeless, round pearls are the rarest and most valuable pearl shape. They are treasured for their perfectly symmetrical appearance and lend instant sophistication to any outfit.

Flat Pearls
Also known as coin pearls, flat pearls are known for their disc-like shape. They are comfortable, easy to wear, and create a contemporary chic feel.

Baroque Pearls
Characterized by their organic shapes, baroque pearls are truly one of a kind. They are like the snowflakes of the sea; no two baroque pearls look the same. This variety is ideal for making a bold statement and showcasing your individuality.

Tahitian Pearls
Dark and mysterious, Tahitian pearls are prized for their dark, iridescent colors. They are rare and exotic, as they can only be found in the waters of the South Pacific. Tahitian pearls are an ideal choice for those who prefer a richer color palette.

Sterling Silver
We use high quality sterling silver as our base metal. This durable material is resistant to scratching and bending, ensuring that our jewelry maintains its beautiful appearance for years. Sterling silver is mostly resistant to tarnishing, but regular polishing is recommended to preserve its stunning luster.

Sterling silver is naturally hypoallergenic and more than strong enough to withstand daily wear, so that your Oceano pieces will look amazing through all of life’s adventures.

Gold Vermeil
Our pieces are plated with gold vermeil to uphold our high standard of craftsmanship. This time-honored form of gold plating allows you to enjoy the highest quality jewelry you can get short of buying solid gold.

Gold vermeil is simply a thick layer of gold on top of a silver jewelry base. It’s an accessible yet high quality alternative to solid gold. In order to classify as gold vermeil, the coating must be at least 2.5 microns thick. In contrast, basic gold-plated jewelry usually has a thickness of 0.5 microns on top of a lower quality base metal. Gold vermeil pieces are naturally hypoallergenic as they are only crafted with precious metals.
Oceano gold vermeil jewelry has a thickness of 3 microns. This solid coating ensures durability and longevity; all of our pieces are designed to support busy, active lifestyles. We use 18k gold for its rich color, strength, and splendor.
Each piece of jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty so that you can feel confident when shopping with us, but we hope that you’ll wear your Oceano pieces for even longer!
